Sourcing Rare Materials
We reject prefabricated industrial components. Our basalt is quarried from the foothills of active volcanoes, our chamotte clay undergoes a multi-stage refinement process to achieve its distinct tactile texture, and our crystal and glass are melted using secret, time-honoured recipes infused with rare-earth metal oxides to achieve uniquely deep, ethereal hues.
Free-Form Handcrafting
Our artisans entirely abandon industrial casting moulds.
• Glass and Crystal are free-blown on the pipe at temperatures exceeding 1000°C. The master shapes the molten material using nothing but their own breath, gravity, and decades of muscle memory.
• Stone Vases are hand-sculpted from solid blocks of rock. The artist follows the natural fissures and grain of the stone, ensuring that no two silhouettes can ever be identical.
• Porcelain and Ceramics are thrown on the wheel or hand-built, preserving the warmth and touch of the creator’s hands.
Extreme Firing and Controlled Cooling
Every raw piece must endure the test of fire and time. Our ceramics undergo high-temperature firing up to 1300°C, rendering them as durable as stone. Meanwhile, glass and crystal vessels are placed into specialized annealing ovens for a slow, strictly controlled cooling process that can last several days. A single moment of haste causes internal tension, shattering the piece. It demands absolute, jewel-like precision.
Fine Jewellery-Level Detailing
The final stage is meticulous hand-finishing, requiring hundreds of hours of painstaking labor:
• Hand-cutting diamond facets onto raw crystal.
• Polishing volcanic basalt to a mirror sheen using ultra-fine abrasives.
• Applying 24k gold leaf, platinum accents, or mother-of-pearl glazes with delicate, natural-hair brushes.
